Use this log to track your Challenge points each day. Each time that you exercise, mark the number of minutes you were active. Take Time to Exercise Challenge
Use this log to track your Challenge points each day. Each day that you exercise for at least 30 minutes, mark it as one point below. You must meet this goal at least 18 times to complete the challenge. Add the number of total points at the end of the Challenge and submit your log to the Challenge coordinator at your worksite. Remove the Remote Challenge
Use this log to track your Challenge points each day. Each day that you watch less than one hour of television, mark it as one point below. Water Drinking Challenge
