Schools & Community Action Team

Bringing families and educators together to make our communityhealthier 
 

Purpose: This group works on a varieity of projects that focus on improving the health of our community. From Mobile Markets to Walking School busses and more, this team is dedicated to making Lancaster a healthier place today and for future generations.
